If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

TimrX provides a 3D Print Hub platform that enables users to:

• Generate 3D models from text prompts using AI technology
• Convert 2D images to 3D models
• Edit, refine, and texture 3D models
• Export models in various 3D file formats (GLB, FBX, OBJ, STL, USDZ)
• Access web development and design services through our portfolio

Our 3D generation services are powered by third-party AI providers, including Meshy AI. The availability and quality of these services may vary.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Our 3D generation services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate, refine, and process 3D models. Credit costs vary depending on the operation performed.

4.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits can be purchased through our platform via secure payment processors. All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

• Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used
• Partially used credit packs are not eligible for refunds
• Credits used for generation cannot be refunded, even if the output is unsatisfactory
• Technical issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

4.4 Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, if your account is terminated or deleted, any remaining credits will be forfeited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Services for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software), are owned by TimrX or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

"TimrX," the TimrX logo, and other marks are trademarks of TimrX. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

7. User Content

7.1 Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to the terms of our third-party AI providers, you retain ownership rights to the 3D models and content you generate using our Services. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Services.

7.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or generate using our Services. You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to the input content (images, prompts)
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

7.3 Content Storage

We may store your generated content to provide the Services. We do not guarantee permanent storage and recommend downloading and backing up your content regularly.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including:

• Meshy AI: Powers our 3D generation capabilities
• Payment Processors: Handle secure payment transactions
• Cloud Storage: Stores generated assets and user data

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of intellectual property rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• Quality or suitability of AI-generated outputs

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMRX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or system failures
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any matter beyond our reasonable control
